  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please note: The 10% advance payment made to reserve your order is non-refundable. If you return the order, only the remaining payment will be refunded.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
