  • All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment can be made via the available payment methods on our website.

  • Advance payments for booking orders (10%) are non-refundable. The remaining payment will be refunded in case of a valid return.

4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Pakistan only.

  • Delivery times and shipping rates are as mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Customers are advised to read it carefully before making a purchase.

  • Users agree not to:

    • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website in any way.
